Narrative:
Due to strong south winds (180@34 gusts to 48) coordinated with dispatch and planned runway 19L departure at sfo. The takeoff was with maximum power and flaps 20 for runway performance reasons. LNAV/VNAV armed-engaged; and used the nadp 1 (ICAO) climb procedure for terrain considerations. There was no convective windshear at or associated with the departure runway on ATIS. Used the LNAV track on the molen 8 SID and started the 90 degree left turn as per charted track guidance or about 400-500 AGL. Encountered moderate turbulence and wind gusts which rolled the aircraft from the established 30 degree bank angle to 40-45 degrees bank angle several times during the turn. Associated warning bank angle sounded. At about 1100 AGL the reactive wind shear system detected a loss of climb performance and sounded; followed procedure with the exception of rolling the wings level in order to continue the turn away from rising terrain. The loss of climb performance resulted in almost no vertical climb for a few seconds and then the windshear alert ended by 1200 AGL. After stabilized in the climb and departure SID heading (track) reported to ATC and satcom call to dispatch.

Title: Air carrier flight crew described a Runway 19L departure from SFO in bad weather. During the required low altitude turn for terrain; moderate turbulence was encountered along with several bank angle warnings and a windshear warning.
