Narrative:
This is the 4th day in a row I have worked [this] dispatch desk and every day the dispatch program randomly crashes 4 to 5 times per shift. Each time it crashes I no longer have the ability to calculate a reroute; ACARS is unavailable; no access to amend releases; no access to weather; notams; field condition reports; no way to quickly calculate performance data. This can be a safety issue due to lack of available communication with enroute flights; ability to calculate reroutes or diversions.this issue needs to be address quickly by it and determine the root cause of the issue and quickly develop a remedy.
