Narrative:
We were handed a cargo load report that listed 50 standard and 7 heavy bags; all in the forward cargo compartment. As the ramp agent handed me the cargo load report; I asked him if all bags were below the fire suppression line. He replied; 'yes.' when we arrived; the first officer noted during his post flight inspection that the bags were well above the fire suppression line.
