Narrative:
While downwind in agua dulce airport traffic pattern, I experience an engine failure. Gear handle was placed to the down position and glide established for a dead stick landing on runway 22. Flaps were extended electrically and a landing was successfully made on runway 22. The landing gear had extended partially (due to low hydraulic pressure caused by windmilling propeller) and gear folded up on T/D. Aircraft stopped on runway with no injuries or fire. No damage to other property.
