Narrative:

While rejoining with my flight lead, climbing out of FL375, both engines flamed out. While on the descent my cabin pressure doubled and and I instructed my first officer to put on his O2. We lost communications with my wingman for a while. Flight lead declared an emergency with ZSE. We landed at pdx west/O further problems, after a restart at FL260; however, because of the loss of communications with wingman, I did not know that he declared an emergency. I did not receive special handling, so had not realized until much alter that day that an emergency had been declared.
