Narrative:
On short final, the first officer complained of the sudden onset of severe abdominal cramping. After landing and immediately upon clearing all active runways, the first officer went back to the lav. I continued to taxi the aircraft toward the gate area. The first officer returned while still on the taxiway and we continued west/O further incident to the gate. In retrospect, I should have stopped the aircraft in a safe location while the first officer was out of the cockpit.

Title: ACR FO COMPLAINED OF SEVERE ABDOMINAL CRAMPING WHILE ACFT WAS ON SHORT FINAL. FO LEFT THE COCKPIT AFTER ACFT CLEARED THE RWY AND CAPT CONTINUED TAXIING TO THE GATE.
Narrative: ON SHORT FINAL, THE F/O COMPLAINED OF THE SUDDEN ONSET OF SEVERE ABDOMINAL CRAMPING. AFTER LNDG AND IMMEDIATELY UPON CLRING ALL ACTIVE RWYS, THE F/O WENT BACK TO THE LAV. I CONTINUED TO TAXI THE ACFT TOWARD THE GATE AREA. THE F/O RETURNED WHILE STILL ON THE TXWY AND WE CONTINUED W/O FURTHER INCIDENT TO THE GATE. IN RETROSPECT, I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THE ACFT IN A SAFE LOCATION WHILE THE F/O WAS OUT OF THE COCKPIT.
