Narrative:
Loss of standard sep occurred between air carrier X and cpr Y at FL410. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information. Reporter stated types of aircraft were: air carrier, widebody transport, and cpr, light transport. Air carrier had made a turn to join an arwy which put him in conflict with the light transport. Conflict alert activated with 17 mi horizontal sep. She turned both aircraft and descended the light transport. Operational error was filed. Reporter was retrained.

Title: ACR X HAD LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION FROM CPR Y. SYSTEM ERROR.
Narrative: LOSS OF STANDARD SEP OCCURRED BTWN ACR X AND CPR Y AT FL410. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO. RPTR STATED TYPES OF ACFT WERE: ACR, WDB, AND CPR, LTT. ACR HAD MADE A TURN TO JOIN AN ARWY WHICH PUT HIM IN CONFLICT WITH THE LTT. CONFLICT ALERT ACTIVATED WITH 17 MI HORIZ SEP. SHE TURNED BOTH ACFT AND DSNDED THE LTT. OPERROR WAS FILED. RPTR WAS RETRAINED.
