Narrative:
Billings approach forgot to handoff the aircraft when entering ZLC airspace. Since I had received automatic opposition and I was watching the aircraft, safety was not a factor. I elected not to report it to the supervisor since the only thing that would have come of it is the controller at billings would have gotten in trouble. It was not an unsafe situation and the automatic handoff feature at billings obviously didn't work.
