Narrative:
Air carrier X takeoff was being made on runway 4R at ewr. Air carrier Y had previously been cleared to land on runway 29 at same airport. The 2 described runways do not intersect, so no problem was anticipated. All members of the crew were aware of and monitoring the development of the situation. The takeoff was continued. Just after liftoff air carrier Y announced he was going around. At 150' of altitude, both aircraft made steep left turn to avoid each other.
