Narrative:
I work for air carrier Z. Air carrier a, air carrier B and air carrier C are currently merging. I am a pilot for air carrier B because I just finished ground school for the light transport. As best to my knowledge, the captain, first officer and aircraft are required to have an aircraft owner's manual (aom) on board. The feds ramp checked us on my IOE week. The captain said I was 2 revisions behind on my aom, which the fed looked at. I have not received any revisions in my ewr base or bangor base (previous base) where revisions were supposed to go. I asked the assistant chief pilot about revisions and he said I won't get them until air carrier B gets the light transport. He sent me revisions to my mailbox in cleveland hopkins airport. I initially did not receive revisions there either. I am currently up to date. The chief pilot said as long as the captain has a current light transport aom, it is ok. I am not sure if he looked at the captain's manual. The assistant chief pilot said I am not liable.
