Narrative:
I was working east radar. An small transport departed runway 1 on runway heading. I already had a departure ahead of the small transport on a 050 degree heading and an overflt at 4000' northeast of the airport southbound, so I left the small transport on wy heading while climbing to 8000'. His on-course would be 070 degrees. I then got busy with inbnds, practice approachs and VFR pop-ups. By this time the small transport was entering cle approach's airspace to the north west/O a point. Cle owns a shelf 7000-8000'; cak owns 6000' and below. I made a late pointout to cle and it was approved, but the small transport was out of 7000' for 8000' in their shelf. I needed a coordinator at one time to help with landlines. I had 12 aircraft on frequency at once. I just got back from a 2 week vacation and I was rusty and could not get the rhythm.

Narrative: I WAS WORKING E RADAR. AN SMT DEPARTED RWY 1 ON RWY HDG. I ALREADY HAD A DEP AHEAD OF THE SMT ON A 050 DEG HDG AND AN OVERFLT AT 4000' NE OF THE ARPT SBND, SO I LEFT THE SMT ON WY HDG WHILE CLBING TO 8000'. HIS ON-COURSE WOULD BE 070 DEGS. I THEN GOT BUSY WITH INBNDS, PRACTICE APCHS AND VFR POP-UPS. BY THIS TIME THE SMT WAS ENTERING CLE APCH'S AIRSPACE TO THE N W/O A POINT. CLE OWNS A SHELF 7000-8000'; CAK OWNS 6000' AND BELOW. I MADE A LATE POINTOUT TO CLE AND IT WAS APPROVED, BUT THE SMT WAS OUT OF 7000' FOR 8000' IN THEIR SHELF. I NEEDED A COORDINATOR AT ONE TIME TO HELP WITH LANDLINES. I HAD 12 ACFT ON FREQ AT ONCE. I JUST GOT BACK FROM A 2 WK VACATION AND I WAS RUSTY AND COULD NOT GET THE RHYTHM.
