Narrative:
Management took 2 supervisors off the schedule, so that left 4 fpl controllers to staff the radar on a weekly basis and working long shifts is a common occurrence. We have 15 controllers here and only 5 are checked out on radar now. Management needs to put supervisors back on schedule for safety reasons, fatigue factor and most of all prevent systems errors.

Narrative: MGMNT TOOK 2 SUPVRS OFF THE SCHEDULE, SO THAT LEFT 4 FPL CTLRS TO STAFF THE RADAR ON A WEEKLY BASIS AND WORKING LONG SHIFTS IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE.
