Narrative:
An air carrier large transport, 3 crew, 3 engine turbojet, departed tpa and was issued a right turn northbound. Perhaps due to warm WX conditions a slow climbing turn was the result not topping adjacent airspace. To prevent recurrence under these same conditions, waiting until the aircraft gained more altitude before being turned in course would correct the problem.
