Narrative:
My approach to runway 25 procedure was interrupted by control tower indicating transitioning traffic in the final approach area. Made a gear up landing classified as an incident per FAA. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: traffic advisories for 2 aircraft in the approach area both interrupted reporter's checklist use and gave him out of cockpit concern to sight the traffic. Aircraft damaged sufficiently to be expensive to repair, but still counted as an incident by FAA/NTSB. FAA had reporter take 5 hours dual re-training and took no other action.
