Narrative:
ZDV cleared us to descend to 16000' into rap and advised us we would be there a while as an light transport was climbing east out of rap to 15000' and that passing him, ellsworth approach would give us a lower altitude. We were then instructed to contact ellsworth approach. The WX was cavu and we had the light transport in sight from the time of the center advisory. As the light transport passed behind us and to our right, ellsworth cleared us to descend to ? (An altitude below 10000'). After landing at rap, ground advised us to call ellsworth approach on the phone and they advised us that a conflict advisory had appeared on the ZDV radar screens.

Title: 2 ACFT APCHING EACH OTHER WITH VERTICAL SEPARATION. TRACON DESCENDS THE ARR AFTER ACFT HAVE PASSED. ARTCC'S CONFLICT ALERT ACTIVATES AND PLT OF ARR IS ADVISED AFTER LNDG. HE BELIEVES A TRAFFIC CONFLICT OCCURRED. PERFECTLY LEGAL SEPARATION.
Narrative: ZDV CLRED US TO DSND TO 16000' INTO RAP AND ADVISED US WE WOULD BE THERE A WHILE AS AN LTT WAS CLBING E OUT OF RAP TO 15000' AND THAT PASSING HIM, ELLSWORTH APCH WOULD GIVE US A LOWER ALT. WE WERE THEN INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT ELLSWORTH APCH. THE WX WAS CAVU AND WE HAD THE LTT IN SIGHT FROM THE TIME OF THE CENTER ADVISORY. AS THE LTT PASSED BEHIND US AND TO OUR RIGHT, ELLSWORTH CLRED US TO DSND TO ? (AN ALT BELOW 10000'). AFTER LNDG AT RAP, GND ADVISED US TO CALL ELLSWORTH APCH ON THE PHONE AND THEY ADVISED US THAT A CONFLICT ADVISORY HAD APPEARED ON THE ZDV RADAR SCREENS.
