Narrative:
Maintenance veh requested to drive. I instructed the veh to hold short of runway 1 at taxiway D. The operation we were on was landing runway 01 and runway 32, departing runway 32. The veh drove down runway 32 to the west end of taxiway D. An small aircraft was on a 3/4 mi final to runway 32 and was instructed to go around.

Narrative: MAINT VEH REQUESTED TO DRIVE. I INSTRUCTED THE VEH TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 1 AT TXWY D. THE OPERATION WE WERE ON WAS LNDG RWY 01 AND RWY 32, DEPARTING RWY 32. THE VEH DROVE DOWN RWY 32 TO THE W END OF TXWY D. AN SMA WAS ON A 3/4 MI FINAL TO RWY 32 AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO GO AROUND.
