Narrative:
Pushback and taxi in dca were routine. 1/2 way to runway 36 ground said to pull into the box and monitor clearance delivery. Our route was changed from over mol macey-9 to atl to vectors to daily (ott 189 degrees) harcum, franklin, tar river flo J4 irq shnca-9 to atl. I read back, after writing it down. Clearance rogered and said monitor tower. We did. Tower said position and hold. Captain had been growing impatient to get going and said load first point and 'let's go!' I did--I was flying and we took off. After departure and on vectors to daily I redid the FMS route page. Captain was making no effort to ask me for route and help while I flew. Franklin VORTAC was omitted. We proceeded harcum to tar river. 1/2 way to tar river center called and asked if we were going to franklin. Captain responded we had been rerted. Center said to turn left to 190 degrees. I entered franklin, asked center if they wanted us franklin, then tar river, and reverified remainder of route. They answered affirmative and nothing else was said by either. This would not have occurred if 1 min had been taken on ground to reenter the new route. Captain's impatience prevented this. Secondarily, the captain's attitude and body language after takeoff were not conducive to requesting help and 0 amount was offered, except talking on radios. These magic aircraft work great, but teamwork (verifying a new route in the northeast) is essential when changes occur.

AFTER DEP AND ON VECTORS TO DAILY I REDID THE FMS RTE PAGE. CAPT WAS MAKING NO EFFORT TO ASK ME FOR RTE AND HELP WHILE I FLEW. FRANKLIN VORTAC WAS OMITTED. WE PROCEEDED HARCUM TO TAR RIVER. 1/2 WAY TO TAR RIVER CENTER CALLED AND ASKED IF WE WERE GOING TO FRANKLIN. CAPT RESPONDED WE HAD BEEN RERTED. CENTER SAID TO TURN LEFT TO 190 DEGS. I ENTERED FRANKLIN, ASKED CENTER IF THEY WANTED US FRANKLIN, THEN TAR RIVER, AND REVERIFIED REMAINDER OF RTE. THEY ANSWERED AFFIRMATIVE AND NOTHING ELSE WAS SAID BY EITHER. THESE MAGIC ACFT WORK GREAT, BUT TEAMWORK (VERIFYING A NEW RTE IN THE NE) IS ESSENTIAL WHEN CHANGES OCCUR.
