Narrative:
After being cleared to land at fmn, I landed on runway 23. After rollout ATC asked what our compass heading was, and we replied 230 degrees. He said our clearance was to land on runway 25. There was no conflict with any other traffic and the wind was favoring 25 and 23. I think the problem arose from the ATC/cockpit communication on final approach, and the 'cleared to land' only clearance.

Title: FLT CREW OF COMMUTER LTT LANDS ON RWY 23 INSTEAD OF RWY 25 AT FMN DUE TO CLRNC MISUNDERSTANDING AND POOR PHRASEOLOGY BY THE LCL CTLR.
Narrative: AFTER BEING CLRED TO LAND AT FMN, I LANDED ON RWY 23. AFTER ROLLOUT ATC ASKED WHAT OUR COMPASS HDG WAS, AND WE REPLIED 230 DEGS. HE SAID OUR CLRNC WAS TO LAND ON RWY 25. THERE WAS NO CONFLICT WITH ANY OTHER TFC AND THE WIND WAS FAVORING 25 AND 23. I THINK THE PROB AROSE FROM THE ATC/COCKPIT COM ON FINAL APCH, AND THE 'CLRED TO LAND' ONLY CLRNC.
