Narrative:
This event occurred due to an inadequate controller who had no respect of airspace boundaries. For a period of approximately 30 mins this controller continuously violated my airspace forcing me to vector aircraft, under my control, away from numerous conflicts. I was working the approach and final position for the VOR approach to runway 13L/right at jfk. The other controller was working the departure position. 90% of the deviations were departures off of runway 13L routed over the robinsville VOR and assigned an initial departure heading of 185 degrees. If left on this heading too long the aircraft will violate the approach controller's airspace, which is what happened in this situation. For a 4 min period, I documented each airspace deviation. They were: 1) cpr light transport at XX56Z, 2) cpr light transport at XX56Z, 3) air carrier widebody transport at XX58Z, and 4) air carrier large transport at XX59Z. There was no attempt made by this controller to pointout any of these aircraft and I feel this could have resulted in a very serious situation. I did not want to file any reports against this controller only because I am forced to work with him every day. We already have had words in the past.

Title: DEP CTL POSITION UNCOORDINATED UNAUTH PENETRATION OF AIRSPACE. OPERATIONAL DEVIATION.
Narrative: THIS EVENT OCCURRED DUE TO AN INADEQUATE CTLR WHO HAD NO RESPECT OF AIRSPACE BOUNDARIES. FOR A PERIOD OF APPROX 30 MINS THIS CTLR CONTINUOUSLY VIOLATED MY AIRSPACE FORCING ME TO VECTOR ACFT, UNDER MY CTL, AWAY FROM NUMEROUS CONFLICTS. I WAS WORKING THE APCH AND FINAL POS FOR THE VOR APCH TO RWY 13L/R AT JFK. THE OTHER CTLR WAS WORKING THE DEP POS. 90% OF THE DEVIATIONS WERE DEPS OFF OF RWY 13L ROUTED OVER THE ROBINSVILLE VOR AND ASSIGNED AN INITIAL DEP HDG OF 185 DEGS. IF LEFT ON THIS HDG TOO LONG THE ACFT WILL VIOLATE THE APCH CTLR'S AIRSPACE, WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENED IN THIS SITUATION. FOR A 4 MIN PERIOD, I DOCUMENTED EACH AIRSPACE DEVIATION. THEY WERE: 1) CPR LTT AT XX56Z, 2) CPR LTT AT XX56Z, 3) ACR WDB AT XX58Z, AND 4) ACR LGT AT XX59Z. THERE WAS NO ATTEMPT MADE BY THIS CTLR TO POINTOUT ANY OF THESE ACFT AND I FEEL THIS COULD HAVE RESULTED IN A VERY SERIOUS SITUATION. I DID NOT WANT TO FILE ANY RPTS AGAINST THIS CTLR ONLY BECAUSE I AM FORCED TO WORK WITH HIM EVERY DAY. WE ALREADY HAVE HAD WORDS IN THE PAST.
