Narrative:
A VFR flight plan was active and flight following had been established. I was in conversation with my passenger about the local area and providing an estimated time to our destination; 1.5hrs. My passenger suddenly slumped to the side and became unresponsive. I [advised] approach and followed their guidance to [the nearest airport]. After shutdown medical personal assisted in transferring my passenger out of the aircraft and began cpr.
