Narrative:
During approach the cockpit and flight attendant crew heard and felt a loud bang that came from under the flight deck. It happened several times when we descended. We guessed it was something loose in the cargo holds. After we landed we had the ramp and mechanic look in the cargo area and they determined that a pallet was locked down on one side and that pallet was sliding and banging against the bulkhead; the ground crew didn't see any damage to the airplane.
