Narrative:
Landed. Touched down on the numbers approximately 85 kts. With idle power I noticed braking action was poor; however; air craft speed and remaining runway were deemed insufficient for a successful go-around; so I committed to the landing. Upon reaching the end of the pavement; with the mixtures off; I turned left into grass to avoid rocks and the ocean looming straight ahead. The aircraft came to a stop about 10 feet into the grass. Possibly partial brake failure.
