Narrative:
At xx:40Z I received an automated handoff on small aircraft, at 6000' on assigned heading 300 degree for radar vectors around R3002 which was hot to 8000'. The small aircraft reported on frequency at '6000' and on assigned heading'. At approximately xx:50Z I observed the small aircraft just inside R3002 and heading northbound. The pilot was asked to verify he was receiving lgc VORTAC, and he replied affirmative. The pilots track indicated he was direct lgc west/O proper authority/authorized. Since I was the radar controller responsible for the airspace, I should have observed and prevented the problem. I believe this is case of pilot/controller error.

Title: ACFT ENTERED RESRICTED AREA WITHOUT AUTH.
Narrative: AT XX:40Z I RECEIVED AN AUTOMATED HDOF ON SMA, AT 6000' ON ASSIGNED HDG 300 DEG FOR RADAR VECTORS AROUND R3002 WHICH WAS HOT TO 8000'. THE SMA RPTED ON FREQ AT '6000' AND ON ASSIGNED HDG'. AT APPROX XX:50Z I OBSERVED THE SMA JUST INSIDE R3002 AND HDG NBND. THE PLT WAS ASKED TO VERIFY HE WAS RECEIVING LGC VORTAC, AND HE REPLIED AFFIRMATIVE. THE PLTS TRACK INDICATED HE WAS DIRECT LGC W/O PROPER AUTH. SINCE I WAS THE RADAR CTLR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AIRSPACE, I SHOULD HAVE OBSERVED AND PREVENTED THE PROB. I BELIEVE THIS IS CASE OF PLT/CTLR ERROR.
