Narrative:
While conducting the river visual to runway 19 in dca we got a GPWS warning. This was caused by proximity to buildings along the approach. We corrected by leveling off and turning slightly left and the warning went away. We continued the approach and landed on runway 19. Daytime VMC conditions.
