Narrative:
During cruise experienced HYD3 pres hi lvl 2 alert and HYD3 off lvl 1 alerts. On checking the display; I noticed hydraulic 3 pres was 3270 psi and HYD3 temperature was 120C. Soon after that quantity on hydraulic 3 went to 0. We then received hydraulic 3 fail lvl 2 alert. Followed QRH for hydraulic 3 fail. Performed manual gear extension. Proceeded to land. [Advised ATC]; received very good handling from them and coordination from operations.
