Narrative:

Aircraft hit fence at end of runway during landing. No aircraft damage and no injuries. For a short field landing, the pilot manual recommends 55 KTS to 60 KTS final approach, 30 degree flap setting for downwind and base. Somehow I forgot to extend the last 10 degree of flap during final. T/D was in first 300' of the 1700' runway. Kept sliding. I did not retract flaps as the manual calls for. I applied heavy braking, but the brakes locked. The aircraft suffered a dent at tip of propeller. The school mechanic replaced the propeller and certified the aircraft for service.
