Narrative:

An overflt stop at FL200 looking for higher. Aircraft stop under an overflt at FL210. I turned the aircraft at FL200, 15 degrees left to pull him away from the FL210 overflt. The aircraft I turned 15 degrees left headed him in the flight path of an other FL200 overflt. I thought the aircraft I turned would get 5 mi with the FL210 overflt in time to climb above the FL200 traffic, but they didn't. I then turned other FL200 overflt to a 270 degree heading and the aircraft I had turned 15 degrees left to a 180 degree heading, but not in time. Sep was lost--3.8 mi.

Narrative: AN OVERFLT STOP AT FL200 LOOKING FOR HIGHER. ACFT STOP UNDER AN OVERFLT AT FL210. I TURNED THE ACFT AT FL200, 15 DEGS LEFT TO PULL HIM AWAY FROM THE FL210 OVERFLT. THE ACFT I TURNED 15 DEGS LEFT HEADED HIM IN THE FLT PATH OF AN OTHER FL200 OVERFLT. I THOUGHT THE ACFT I TURNED WOULD GET 5 MI WITH THE FL210 OVERFLT IN TIME TO CLB ABOVE THE FL200 TFC, BUT THEY DIDN'T. I THEN TURNED OTHER FL200 OVERFLT TO A 270 DEG HDG AND THE ACFT I HAD TURNED 15 DEGS LEFT TO A 180 DEG HDG, BUT NOT IN TIME. SEP WAS LOST--3.8 MI.
