Narrative:
Aircraft X exited my airspace without a handoff. This type of event has almost happened to me before since the newest release ead (european aeronautical information system database) software. The indicator for radar identification moved as have other elements on the data block. In prior episodes; I'd switch the aircraft prior to there being an airspace violation. I have thoroughly discussed the event with my supervisor of record; and efforts will be made to prevent future occurrences. The ahi (auto handoff) feature would've likely prevented this occurrence. Change the data block design back to how it once appeared.

Narrative: Aircraft X exited my airspace without a handoff. This type of event has almost happened to me before since the newest release EAD (European Aeronautical Information System Database) software. The indicator for radar identification moved as have other elements on the data block. In prior episodes; I'd switch the aircraft prior to there being an airspace violation.
