Narrative:

Mlt was climbing, requesting FL250. I relieved controller at sector 25, worked right/left/D 25. He said mlt had been handed off and was turned over already. Within 2 mins ZJX called and said tailhook area was hot FL240 and below and mlt was level at FL230 going into it. I tried to call aircraft many times, no response. Called my high controller, he didn't have aircraft and had just relieved the controller working right/left/D 35. ZJX kept yelling for us to get aircraft out of tailhook area. I called giant killer to see if we could turn aircraft into warning areas if we could raise him, they said no. The right/left/D 35 controller finally raised aircraft, thirty mi into tailhook area, climbed him and turned over to ZJX. We don't know what he went through, aircraft, gunfire, etc.

Title: ACFT ENTERED A MOA WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM CONTROLLING AGENCY.

Narrative: MLT WAS CLBING, REQUESTING FL250. I RELIEVED CTLR AT SECTOR 25, WORKED R/L/D 25. HE SAID MLT HAD BEEN HANDED OFF AND WAS TURNED OVER ALREADY. WITHIN 2 MINS ZJX CALLED AND SAID TAILHOOK AREA WAS HOT FL240 AND BELOW AND MLT WAS LEVEL AT FL230 GOING INTO IT. I TRIED TO CALL ACFT MANY TIMES, NO RESPONSE. CALLED MY HIGH CTLR, HE DIDN'T HAVE ACFT AND HAD JUST RELIEVED THE CTLR WORKING R/L/D 35. ZJX KEPT YELLING FOR US TO GET ACFT OUT OF TAILHOOK AREA. I CALLED GIANT KILLER TO SEE IF WE COULD TURN ACFT INTO WARNING AREAS IF WE COULD RAISE HIM, THEY SAID NO. THE R/L/D 35 CTLR FINALLY RAISED ACFT, THIRTY MI INTO TAILHOOK AREA, CLBED HIM AND TURNED OVER TO ZJX. WE DON'T KNOW WHAT HE WENT THROUGH, ACFT, GUNFIRE, ETC.
