Narrative:
On takeoff roll we had a master caution light flash with an amber engine light on the crew alerting panel. We aborted the takeoff and taxied clear of the runway. Could not determine cause of problems, all system' appeared normal. Since no discrepancy was apparent or continued to exist, we elected to depart. Supplemental information from acn 148360. Determined warning to be false indicator. Captain entered description after trip.

Title: AN EMERGENCY STOP, ABORTED TKOF, WAS PERFORMED AS AUTOMATED EQUIPMENT PICKED UP A PROBLEM WITH ENGINE AND ILLUMINATED THE MASTER CAUTION LIGHT.
Narrative: ON TKOF ROLL WE HAD A MASTER CAUTION LIGHT FLASH WITH AN AMBER ENG LIGHT ON THE CREW ALERTING PANEL. WE ABORTED THE TKOF AND TAXIED CLR OF THE RWY. COULD NOT DETERMINE CAUSE OF PROBS, ALL SYS' APPEARED NORMAL. SINCE NO DISCREPANCY WAS APPARENT OR CONTINUED TO EXIST, WE ELECTED TO DEPART. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 148360.
