Narrative:
The watch supervisor directed the local controller not to interfere with the student local controller. This order resulted in a departing mdt who departed runway 27, to pass about 1 mi horizontally, same altitude from a FAA flight check on a 3 mi final to runway 9. This order also resulted with the flight check to pass about 2500' horizontally from an small aircraft on final to runway 27. The watch supervisor mr X isn't experienced enough to provide supervision.

Title: A FLT CHECK ACFT PASSED IN CLOSE PROX OF A DEP AND AN ARR. NO NMAC OCCURRED AS THE RESULT OF THE ACFT PASSING OPPOSITE DIRECTION.
Narrative: THE WATCH SUPVR DIRECTED THE LCL CTLR NOT TO INTERFERE WITH THE STUDENT LCL CTLR. THIS ORDER RESULTED IN A DEPARTING MDT WHO DEPARTED RWY 27, TO PASS ABOUT 1 MI HORIZLY, SAME ALT FROM A FAA FLT CHK ON A 3 MI FINAL TO RWY 9. THIS ORDER ALSO RESULTED WITH THE FLT CHK TO PASS ABOUT 2500' HORIZLY FROM AN SMA ON FINAL TO RWY 27. THE WATCH SUPVR MR X ISN'T EXPERIENCED ENOUGH TO PROVIDE SUPERVISION.
