Narrative:

I was taking off and he landed as I went across the main runway, he was in a twin engine. He didn't follow the traffic pattern and made a straight-in, low approach and therefore couldn't be seen until I was committed to takeoff. When I xed runway 18, I was 100' AGL and was clear of his landing. The airport manager designate all ag aircraft to load at this area and use that as takeoff runway. I feel this is very dangerous to cross a main runway. If he asked for an airport advisory the airport manager should have advised him that ag operations were current.
