Narrative:
I was taking off and he landed as I went across the main runway, he was in a twin engine. He didn't follow the traffic pattern and made a straight-in, low approach and therefore couldn't be seen until I was committed to takeoff. When I xed runway 18, I was 100' AGL and was clear of his landing. The airport manager designate all ag aircraft to load at this area and use that as takeoff runway. I feel this is very dangerous to cross a main runway. If he asked for an airport advisory the airport manager should have advised him that ag operations were current.

Title: AGRICULTURAL PLT ON LIFT OFF FROM CLOSED RWY ENCOUNTERS TWIN LNDG ON CROSS RWY.
Narrative: I WAS TAKING OFF AND HE LANDED AS I WENT ACROSS THE MAIN RWY, HE WAS IN A TWIN ENG. HE DIDN'T FOLLOW THE TFC PATTERN AND MADE A STRAIGHT-IN, LOW APCH AND THEREFORE COULDN'T BE SEEN UNTIL I WAS COMMITTED TO TKOF. WHEN I XED RWY 18, I WAS 100' AGL AND WAS CLR OF HIS LNDG. THE ARPT MGR DESIGNATE ALL AG ACFT TO LOAD AT THIS AREA AND USE THAT AS TKOF RWY. I FEEL THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS TO CROSS A MAIN RWY. IF HE ASKED FOR AN ARPT ADVISORY THE ARPT MGR SHOULD HAVE ADVISED HIM THAT AG OPS WERE CURRENT.
