Narrative:
In landing phase made stabilized approach with appropriate crosswind correction. At flare wind gust caused wing to contact ground. Nose wheel separated from strut. Because of sod field, strut impaled ground. Slow inversion of aircraft occurred. No injuries to pilot or 3 passenger. Possibly higher airspeed at T/D could have prevented upset.
