Narrative:

Loss of hydraulic fluid was indicated on the right hydraulic system of the medium large transport aircraft. Flight proceeding to bos. Arrival WX was fog RVR reported as low as 2200 during 2 approachs which resulted in missed approachs. Due to hydraulic loss, landing gear was left down after initial extension. The landing gear down confign resulted in higher fuel flow than normal. Decision was made to divert to bdl. With fuel quantity decreasing and WX (cloud build-ups) between bos and bdl, decision was made to land at bed which was VFR and readily available. An uneventful ILS approach and landing was made at bed. An emergency was declared and equipment was requested at both bos and bed due to the hydraulic problem.
