Narrative:
Departed vla approximately am:00 on IFR flight filed with stl FSS. Cleared with ZKC. Destination eau. Conditions were IMC for most of flight. Arrived eau approximately am:30. Directed to hold on LOM. Cleared ILS approach to runway 22. Unable to intercept localizer. Did not descend but failed to report missed approach. Cleared for second ILS approach and again filed to intercept localizer. Cleared for VOR approach but unable to complete same because of disorientation of pilot. Cleared to rice lake, wi and VOR approach. Completed VOR approach rice lake. Reported to ZMP by landline upon arrival.
