Narrative:
Prior to taking position on runway 04 for departure we announced on unicom frequency of doing so. Visly scanned area for any traffic, area was clear. Announced takeoff on runway 04 with right downwind departure began takeoff roll. A few KTS prior to V1, saw a single engine who had just departed the crossing runway. (Crosses at 90 degree angle). He was about 75' and climbing therefore we aborted takeoff. As we went beneath his flight path he was about 200' off of our left and 100' AGL. He had no radio or did not use it if he did have one. Taxied off of runway and prepared for another departure. This is the second 'non-comm' incident I've had at rdm. Roberts field. Non-comm operation should be outlawed! Now! It should also be noted that you cannot see the departure or arrival ends of the crossing runway (runway 10/28).
