Narrative:
On descent to moffett field with medical team I was asked to help in a medical problem. We were on a descent from 11000 to 7000'. During this moment of confusion the other rated pilot overshot the cleared altitude by about 400' as he was looking at small transport traffic. Upon looking back into the cockpit he noticed his mistake and returned to assigned altitude.
