Narrative:
[On approach] I realized that the gear would not come down. Overflew the airport and circled several times to try and get the gear down including the manual gear extension procedure. Nothing worked. Flew by a local tower to get them to confirm no gear down. Went to larger airport with emergency facilities to perform a gear up landing. Landing went as planned with no fire and everyone out of the aircraft without any injuries.
