Title: Dispatcher reported that an aircraft received a 'Gear Unsafe' light; and elected to return to the departure airport.
Narrative: Was notified of air return due to left main gear unsafe warning light. Crew coordinated with ATC to be able to dump fuel to get under max landing weight. Approximately 53;000 lbs fuel dumped. [Caused by] Gear unsafe warning light.
