Narrative:
Departed alb on VFR cargo flight to uca. Departure control on frequency 125.0. Interference from some control tower on same frequency. Sounded loud and clear. Could hear controller and planes in pattern. When simultaneous with alb blocked their xmissions. Asked alb if they knew where it was coming from at which point tower indented itself as hamilton, ontario. This is a distance of about 250 NM. I was about 4000' AGL.

Narrative: DEPARTED ALB ON VFR CARGO FLT TO UCA. DEP CTL ON FREQ 125.0. INTERFERENCE FROM SOME CTL TWR ON SAME FREQ. SOUNDED LOUD AND CLR. COULD HEAR CTLR AND PLANES IN PATTERN.
