Narrative:
A normal approach in VFR conditions was flown to fll runway 27R. Shortly before landing contact, tower advised minimum time on runway due to following traffic. I made a routine landing, immediately after which the captain applied reverse thrust and braking. While making the first available turnoff, which happened to be a reverse high speed turnoff, the left side main tire blew and went completely flat. Fortunately we were able to get the aircraft off the runway and onto the taxiway. However, once we stopped, we were unable to move the aircraft under power due to the condition of the tire. Arrangements were made through airport operations to remove the passenger and have the aircraft towed to remote parking. No passenger injuries or further aircraft damage was sustained.

Title: SMT PIC OVERREACTS TO TWR INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING MINIMUM TIME ON RWY ON LNDG AND BLOWS A TIRE IN A TURN OFF ATTEMPT.
Narrative: A NORMAL APCH IN VFR CONDITIONS WAS FLOWN TO FLL RWY 27R. SHORTLY BEFORE LNDG CONTACT, TWR ADVISED MINIMUM TIME ON RWY DUE TO FOLLOWING TFC. I MADE A ROUTINE LNDG, IMMEDIATELY AFTER WHICH THE CAPT APPLIED REVERSE THRUST AND BRAKING. WHILE MAKING THE FIRST AVAILABLE TURNOFF, WHICH HAPPENED TO BE A REVERSE HIGH SPD TURNOFF, THE LEFT SIDE MAIN TIRE BLEW AND WENT COMPLETELY FLAT. FORTUNATELY WE WERE ABLE TO GET THE ACFT OFF THE RWY AND ONTO THE TXWY. HOWEVER, ONCE WE STOPPED, WE WERE UNABLE TO MOVE THE ACFT UNDER PWR DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE TIRE. ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE THROUGH ARPT OPS TO REMOVE THE PAX AND HAVE THE ACFT TOWED TO REMOTE PARKING. NO PAX INJURIES OR FURTHER ACFT DAMAGE WAS SUSTAINED.
