Received a call from [company] agent informing load planning that a cart of mail was loaded that wasn't previously reported prior to the aircraft airborne. Ramp agent recorded the item as late to gate when the item was actually loaded. Weight change was 1103 pound and trim change of +0.66%. Original weights were invalidated. Adjustment made to show cart of mail loaded. New weight information sent via ACARS to show new weight information.
