Narrative:

In cruise miami center cleared us direct to ilm. It was not on our route of flight. Cleared by fxe tower as follows: FLL6 departure; zappa transition; permt; as filed. Filed to joray; climb; loraa; [and then the arrival]. We reported our filed flight plan; miami later asked us to call the center. Upon calling; I was told miami had issued an amended clearance for us: permt; ilm; loraa. We never received this amendment from fxe tower. They cleared us as filed after permt; and cleared us to taxi and takeoff. No other communications from fxe.

Narrative: In cruise Miami Center cleared us direct to ILM. It was not on our route of flight. Cleared by FXE tower as follows: FLL6 Departure; Zappa Transition; PERMT; as filed. Filed to JORAY; CLB; LORAA; [and then the arrival]. We reported our filed flight plan; Miami later asked us to call the center. They cleared us AS FILED after PERMT; and cleared us to taxi and takeoff. No other communications from FXE.
