Narrative:
During cruise at 5500 feet in VFR; smooth ride; small amount of vibration (comparable to a rough mag) started to occur. [I] noted [the] right cylinder temp increase to below red limit; [I] cycled all magneto switches; cycled fuel all fuel pumps (high/low); cycled alternate air; then noticed manifold pressure decrease to ambient pressure. Oil pressure then decreased and RPM decreased to zero. Performed memory items for 'engine failure in flight' tried to feather propeller; which stayed in the cruise pitch angle. Trimmed aircraft; reengaged autopilot proceeded to follow with QRH. Landed without [any further] incident.
