Narrative:
On final approach to runway 10 at pdx; we received an RA of stop descent for an aircraft in the pattern at an adjacent airport. The tower gave us a point-out of the traffic but we did not acquire it visually until we received the RA. Spotted the traffic; complied with the RA [and] leveled off momentarily; then continued the approach to a normal landing.
