Narrative:

During preflight; the flight data referenced two notams for runway 27. I could not find a reference for one of the notams and called my dispatcher. He could not as well; and I believe found it after looking up fdc notams and discovered that the verbiage for that NOTAM was listed in my notams differently. Neither of us knew why the flight data would cite a NOTAM not listed in the flight package notams or why it was mislabeled; but in any case; once satisfied I knew what it was referencing; we proceeded with the flight with no issues. Any NOTAM the flight data cites should be listed in our notams. Not sure how it occurred or what checks are done; but it slipped through in this case.
