Narrative:
Air carrier X trner in sight closed traffic to runway 9, sequenced behind MTR. Small transport X 3 mi south of the airport at 3000' above air carrier X, was coordination for pound (left base) of runway 3, approved. Air carrier X on downwind got close to small transport Y. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information. Reporter stated her experience was 1 yr non-radar and is an fpl in the tower. No official near midair collision was filed. The medium large transport pilot said he missed the small transport by 300'. No evasive action was taken. The reporter said approach control had coordination the small transport with her but they had not changed the aircraft to her frequency. She had not issued the traffic to the medium large transport.

Narrative: ACR X TRNER IN SIGHT CLOSED TFC TO RWY 9, SEQUENCED BEHIND MTR. SMT X 3 MI S OF THE ARPT AT 3000' ABOVE ACR X, WAS COORD FOR LB (L BASE) OF RWY 3, APPROVED. ACR X ON DOWNWIND GOT CLOSE TO SMT Y. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO. RPTR STATED HER EXPERIENCE WAS 1 YR NON-RADAR AND IS AN FPL IN THE TWR. NO OFFICIAL NMAC WAS FILED. THE MLG PLT SAID HE MISSED THE SMT BY 300'. NO EVASIVE ACTION WAS TAKEN. THE RPTR SAID APCH CTL HAD COORD THE SMT WITH HER BUT THEY HAD NOT CHANGED THE ACFT TO HER FREQ. SHE HAD NOT ISSUED THE TFC TO THE MLG.
