Narrative:
We cancelled our IFR flight plan upon VFR conditions. Called port clinton unicom for advisory. They said wind was out of the southwest using runway 18. Since runway was wet and only 4000', we said we would use runway 26 and asked if they had any reported traffic which they 'no reported.' after landing on runway 26, we rolled to the end, saw an 'X' made from snow fence on the approach end of runway 08. We did not receive any NOTAMS on our computer briefing and unicom did not say runway 08/26 was closed. There was no 'X' on approach end of runway 26.
