Narrative:
Configuring for final flaps 30. I called for flaps 25 (allowing to slow for 30 speed); then flaps 30. I noticed at some point below 1;000 ft that the flaps were still at 25.while attempting to trouble shoot; the decision was made to continue to land as it felt to be the safest course of action. Touchdown and rollout were uneventful.

Narrative: Configuring for final flaps 30. I called for flaps 25 (allowing to slow for 30 speed); then flaps 30.
