Narrative:
I made a normal ILS 26 approach with instructions to circle to land runway 15R. Visibility was limited. As I was circling, tower informed me 'you appear to be lined up for runway 15L--cleared to land 15L.' what I was actually seeing was a non-adjacent taxiway. I landed on that taxiway. I noticed aircraft following me were all landing on 24. I think visibility was too poor for tower to be requesting circling approachs. (There was very little wind at the time.)
